Open Public Will and Testament

A Public Open Will is the safest and most effective legal instrument for ensuring the orderly transfer of family assets. It is executed before a Notary Public, who drafts the clauses according to the testator's express wishes. This document formally designates the heirs (those who receive the assets), legatees (those who receive specific assets), executor (the person responsible for carrying out the testator's wishes), and guardians if there are minor children. Using this service avoids lengthy, costly, and contentious intestate succession proceedings, ensuring peace of mind for loved ones and the strict fulfillment of the testator's wishes.

Technical documentation to be provided by the client:

  • Detailed list of the assets comprising the estate (optional, only if specific legacies are established).
  • Full names of the heirs, legatees, executors, and substitutes.
