Yes, we specialize in serving Mexican nationals living in the United States who need to resolve notarial matters in Mexico.

Time varies by procedure type. It generally ranges from 7 to 30 business days. We give you an estimate in your initial consultation.

It depends on the service. In your first consultation we will tell you exactly what you need for your specific case.

We have direct presence in Toluca (State of Mexico), Mexico City and Quintana Roo. For other states we work with a network of certified notaries.

No. In Mexico, a notary public (notario público) is a lawyer appointed by the State who gives public faith to acts such as wills, powers of attorney and real estate sales. In the United States, a notary public only certifies signatures, is not a lawyer and cannot give you legal advice. We are Mexican lawyers and a Mexican notary office: we work only on matters governed by Mexican law. We do not offer U.S. notary public services or immigration advice.

It depends on the procedure. Some acts can be signed at the nearest Mexican consulate; others, such as certain powers of attorney, can be granted before a notary in the U.S. with an apostille; and others require appearing in person in Mexico. In your initial consultation we tell you which one applies to your case.
